When will I receive my payout?

All orders are typically shipped within 24 hours.

Occasionally, we may find that we don't currently have the reward you requested and it may take a little longer. In this case, the maximum waiting time for the prize is 30 days. 

If you don't want to wait so long, you can get in touch with our support and request refund. The Coins will be returned to you and you will be able to spend them on something else.
