Tasks are verified and accepted by our external partners and in most cases we can't accept your task without their confirmation. We recommend (if it's possible) to first contact the task owner to confirm your registration on Earnweb and your completion of the task. If your task has been approved but you still didn't receive your Coins , please send us a screenshot of the conversation with the task owner who confirms your completed task and we will try to resolve the issue.
Keep in mind that it's best if you're doing the task for the first time and have never previously installed the game or application you're trying to complete. Re-downloading or creating a new account will not solve the problem, as our partners do not accept multi-accounts and the task cannot be accepted in such situations.
Often, you will find information in the description of the task that reminds you that it is intended for new users only.
